By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Application means the mobile application “ZadFit – AI Fitness & Nutrition.”

Company means ZadFit AI.

Service means the Application, AI features, software, content, and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If You are under 18, You must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health, Nutrition, and Safety Disclaimers

ZadFit AI does not provide medical advice, nutritional counseling, or professional health services. All calorie calculations, nutritional insights, meal plans, and workout plans are automated AI-generated approximations based on the user’s profile (age, weight, activity level, and goals) and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imprecise.

• Calorie and nutrition estimates are approximate and should be used for general guidance only.
• Daily calorie recommendations and meal plans are AI-generated based on the user’s profile and remaining calories, but are not personalized medical advice.
• Workout plans are AI-generated suggestions for general fitness purposes only and do not replace guidance from licensed fitness or medical professionals.
• The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Users should consult licensed healthcare, nutrition, or fitness professionals before making decisions based on the app’s recommendations.
• ZadFit AI is not liable for any inaccuracies or errors in calorie counts, nutrition analysis, food identification, or exercise recommendations.
• Data sources: Calorie and macro calculations are based on publicly available nutrition databases (e.g., USDA FoodData Central) and AI estimation algorithms.

4. User Content

You may upload food photos and logs. You grant ZadFit AI a license to store and process this data to provide and improve the service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to upload illegal content, reverse engineer the app, or abuse AI features.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service belong to ZadFit AI. You may not copy, sell, or reverse engineer the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZadFit AI is not liable for health issues, data loss, or AI mistakes. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months or 100 USD.
